Purpose and required information

Products, quantities, contact details and delivery information are processed for the precontractual steps you request. Additional project details are optional. We cannot process the enquiry without the required fields.

Access and retention

Authorised SBN staff and our hosting provider can access the data to operate the service. Data is retained while handling and following up your enquiry, then archived only where legal obligations or the protection of legal claims require it. This form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where the conditions apply, data portability, or object to certain processing by contacting [email protected]. You may complain to a data protection authority.

A necessary session cookie retains your selection, country and form security information. No advertising trackers are added to these pages.

For online payments, the order information needed to process the transaction is sent to Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page; SBN does not store them. We retain the payment reference and necessary order information for processing, delivery and invoicing.
