Natural-stone delivery: access, unloading and receipt
Share the delivery-site details early. Photographs help, but they do not replace dimensions or confirmation that the access route can carry the vehicle.
Five useful photographs
Show the road, entrance, obstacles, unloading position and onward route across the property. Add widths, heights and surface information. A photograph alone cannot establish the load-bearing capacity of the ground.
Agree the unloading method
A crane or forklift is included only when specifically agreed. Moving stone from the unloading point to the patio or garden is a separate issue. An illustrative vehicle photograph does not guarantee particular delivery equipment.
Date and receipt
Plan around a confirmed delivery date. Compare the goods with the order on arrival and photograph damage or discrepancies. Do not cut or install affected material before the issue has been clarified.
Pallets and collection
Agree any pallet deposit and return arrangements in advance. Collection is available by appointment at Karl-Lösch-Str. 5, 67360 Lingenfeld, Germany. Check your vehicle’s carrying capacity and secure the load appropriately.
