Wall planner: design your garden wall in 3D

Travertine, granite or sandstone: choose your stone, compare wall patterns and calculate materials from length and height.

Choose the stone and dimensions

Compare Classic, Silver, Gold and Light alongside the available granite and sandstone formats. Original photos show the real material; 3D does not replace a sample. Colour, pores, texture and dimensions vary. Enter length in metres and height in centimetres. A wall 4 m long and 75 cm high has a one-sided area of 3 m². This is not doubled when both sides are visible.

Patterns and custom courses

Nine travertine patterns are available. For Classic, Silver and Gold, you can also build custom courses from bottom to top using heights of 7.5, 15 or 22.5 cm. For example, 22.5 + 7.5 + 15 cm gives a nominal height of 45 cm. The 3D view and quantities update together. Rotate, zoom or watch the wall assemble stone by stone. Lengths of 30/40/50 cm are mixed; tolerances, joints and junctions must be checked on site.

Understand the quantities

Choose a 0, 5 or 10% allowance. With 3 m² and 5%, the calculation area is 3.15 m². Minimum quantities and sale increments may raise the order: Classic, Silver and Gold require at least 1 m² per required height. Single-format products are calculated in m² or whole pieces. Prices and availability are checked on the server; delivery and any discounts are calculated in the basket. Light selections and products sold by the tonne require discussion with SBN. Openings, pillars, copings and foundations are excluded.

Position the wall on your own photo and adjust its size. This guidance montage is not to scale. For the local preview, the photo stays in your browser. An AI preview requires separate consent to send the photo to OpenAI. Save the plan in your browser, share a link or print a PDF. The link contains selections and dimensions, not the photo.

From design to construction

The planner supports material selection and initial quantities; it does not assess stability or design foundations. Retaining walls, slopes and taller walls need appropriate design, drainage and fixing. Large plans may show a labelled excerpt, while calculations still use your full dimensions. SBN’s six tools cover walls, paving, pool coping, chippings and gravel, landing slabs and window sills.
